 The Fondation de l’UQAM has now raised a sufficient amount of funds to launch a medal programme in memory of Clément Gariépy. This medal will also be awarded with a $500 to $1,000 scholarship. The event will be organized annually and postponed for one year if the number of candidates nominated is insufficient. The program will honour the exceptional scientific achievement of a post-doctoral student in training or of a student or former student of the Département des sciences de la Terre et de l’atmosphère, UQAM and/or of the GEOTOP research centre.
