2026

The annual meeting will be held at McGill University, in Room 232 of the Leacock Building (855 Sherbrooke Street West, Montreal, QC H3A 2T7), from Friday, March 13th to Sunday March 15th.

The Geotop Student Meeting brings our community together for a three-day conference addressing various disciplines in the Earth Science’s field. It is an opportunity for the students to present their research (poster or oral presentation) and network. The bilingual spirit of the meeting demands that your presentation support (poster or ppt slides) be in the opposite language that you are speaking, e.g. if you decide to speak in English, your presentation support must be in French, and vice versa. Distinguished speakers will be invited specially for the congress. Networking and activities are also offered to favour multidisciplinary connections.

To register, please fill in the registration form before February 6th.
You are asked to submit your abstract (300 words) in both English AND French when registering.

Please note that the registration includes:
- participation in the meeting from Friday, 13th 12:00 to Sunday, 15th after the lunch
- meals from Friday night to Sunday midday

If you have any questions, you still can contact us by email (comite-etudiant [at] geotop.ca (comite-etudiant[at]geotop[dot]ca)).
