Mes thèmes de recherche gravitent autour de la géochimie des isotopes stables légers (δ2H, δ13C, δ15N, δ18O, δ34S) et de ses applications à différents domaines (hydrologie, hydrogéologie, géologie, biologie, environnement, paléocéanographie, géographie, archéologie, kinanthropologie, etc.). À l’heure actuelle, mes activités de recherche principales sont les suivantes :
- Hydrologie et cycle du carbone dans les grands fleuves canadiens à travers la coordination d’un Projet de Recherche Coordonné de l’Agence Internationale de l’Énergie Atomique (AIEA).
- Dynamiques hydrologiques des tourbières boréales en lien avec les travaux de la professeure Michelle Garneau.
- Diètes et migrations des habitants des premières colonies québécoises en lien avec les travaux de la professeure Isabelle Ribot.
En plus de ces thèmes de recherche, mes activités incluent le développement de méthodes analytiques et de matériaux de référence isotopiques.
