Mon groupe de recherche utilise la géochimie isotopique et organique pour étudier le changement climatique et le cycle du carbone dans les environnements terrestres, d'eau douce et côtiers. Récemment, nos recherches se sont concentrées sur trois thèmes principaux : 1) Définir les signaux isotopiques des émissions de méthane de l'échelle locale à l'échelle planétaire ; 2) Comprendre le destin du carbone et de l'azote libérés par le dégel du pergélisol ; et 3) Reconstruire les enregistrements des changements environnementaux naturels et anthropiques de l'Holocène dans les paysages tropicaux et arctiques.
